  • 1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast
  • 1 cup onion
  • 1 cup bell pepper
  • 2 cans tomato soup
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper

Recipe Notes

Sprinkle chicken with cayenne pepper. Braise in a skillet (preferably with bacon fat). Add onion, pepper, tomato soup and water. Cover and cook for 30-35 minutes.
