  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, mashed
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon cumin 
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 2 pounds grated American cheese
  • 1/4 can tomatoes with green chilis

Recipe Notes

Brown beef and drain. Salute garlic and onion with beef. Add seasonings and tomatoes. Melt grated cheese on top of a double boiler with milk. Add meat and seasonings to melted cheese. Serve with tostadas or chips.
