  • 6 pork chops
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, sliced in rings
  • 1 can tomatoes
  • 1/3 cup rice
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Brown pork chops. Add onion, green pepper, and tomatoes. Sprinkle rice around chops. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and cook over low heat until chops are tender, about 1 hour.
