Picanha Whole

1 - full Picanha roast, cut from the whole sirloin cap, has a large fat cap. One our all time favorite cuts. Can be smoked, roasted, or grilled whole. Also, can be cut down into individual steaks. Average 2.5 to 3 pounds.
